Neopalpa donaldtrumpi

 Neopalpa donaldtrumpi

A miniscule moth discovered in southern California by Vazrick Nazari, a Canadian biologist and researcher. Nazari says he chose the name “to bring wider public attention to the need to continue protecting fragile habitats in the U.S. that still contain many undescribed species," and also because of the yellow-white scales covering the moth's head.
